HAHa yeah proshop um I don't know the had it like 5 hours one day and pretty much a full day the next IDK they couldnt find to seem what was rong then they found it and replaced the part. Ill find the reciept and post what they replaced.

door lock
Yes i been noticing thae same on my drivers door. when its freezing out the lock wont pop. all my others do. It really sucks a 0600 when you half a sleep to grab the door and nothing happens. lol.

When my installer was working on my doors he filed down the opening in the doorpanel, there are some bures or small pieces of plastic the lock rubs on. Looked like a simple fix and I havnt had any trouble since.
