Hay, whats the xB sound like with or without the TRD exhaust, im probably gonna get one but i wanna hear it, i saw theres one for the tC but not the xB vids or sound clips would be cool

 

I've been trying to figure out a weird harmonic that shows up between about 2000 and 2500 rpm. I can't tell if it's the exhaust or the intake -- both of which are stock.

 

got any sound clips

 

any one record thier xB revving up at all? hmm no runs runs like the guy with the tC around the parking lot?

 

Sorry, I don't have a sound clip, but I will tell you that I like my TRD exhaust better than the stock exhaust. I can't hear it at speed, but the TRD is louder at idle and off idle. Besides, the TRD looks better in the rear bumper than the stock, if you can see the stock.

alright cool, im definatly liking that sound for some reason, down low it sounds great but then it sounds a tad ricy up high but what dou excpect form 108hp I4 lol

 

If you are going to buy an aftermarket exhaust you should expect it to be louder than stock. Also when the hell do you have to listen to sound clips of an exhaust before you purchase one? That's the lamest thing I have ever read. Just buy the damn thing and if your not happy with it, sell the S**T on ebay or the next xB owner who is looking for one. One word for you guys with the "Sound Clip" PATHETIC.

you should listen to the exhast showpaojoe has. one of the best i've heard although i haven't heard many.

 

I have no clue if these sounds are of a TRD exhaust. These sounds are from a Japan ist with a "Sports Muffler" as toyota japan calls it. So the TRD might sound something like these.
