hey guys so im helping a friend out and he sells hoods and hatches for xb2. I was wondering would anyone in the so cal area or any where else be intersted in buying a hood for a hatch. im about to pick up my hatch in the next couple of days ill post pics when i get it. I have a hood from him and i have had it for a couple of months now and i really like it fits well and everything.

its an off brand but like i said i have one and they are really nice very clean and fit well. hoods like like 250-300 and hatch is 495

Sounds like a plan. I'm sort of interested in a cf hood as an alternative to re-painting my oem hood.

 

LMAO...that is the same reason I am thinking about one. My hood looks like terrible.

 

My hood has so many rock chips it would look worse if I touched it up! My main concern with CF is how it will look with NBM paint. My other concern is how long before the gel or clear coat gets cloudy. Even the best clear-coated CF hoods don't seem to hold up as long as painted steel.
