Default Fogs behind grill

I just ordered a new billet grill and am installing it this weekend. I want to order some fogs too but I don't want to cut my new grill. Is there anyway I can mount these behind the bottom grill? Has anyone done this before?

thx..

Aw common. You know you want to.

Anyways I'm pretty sure I saw a 2nd gen xB on here with it done but I can't find it.

Anyone know who this is?

I read in another forum that you can install the GrillCraft lower grill over the fogs. Been wondering how that would look with the fogs on.

I hope it can work cause only a blacked out grill looks good with the lip kit I'm getting and I really want the oem fogs on The only one with the fog light cutouts are billet ones

I just really dislike the look of the stock grill but don't want to lose the fogs. I'm really leaning towards the GrillCraft grill but it just looks incomplete if you don't match the lower.

That does not look bad pretty nice. Not sure about the chrome lights but behind the grill you probably can't tell. Nice job like the white upper grill that is different. Has any body given a though to cutting the lower grill for the lights than cover the opening with tinted lens? Just a thought it would cover the cut and still behind the grill. Like I said just a thought.

That doesn't look so safe to me. Might melt the plastic grill and block airflow?

i cant load those pictures so i cant see, but there should be a rubber piece in front of the lights so that the grill isnt touching the light directly?

Yeah there bright but they only light up the floor lol. There pointed down not up. I left them on and they been ok, no overheating engine. I check them when I turn them off, after driving a while and they are ok. And my car stoped being safe when I brought it home from the dealer . Hate it or dig it, I like the look of the square fogs then those round oem ones. Im to cool for school man!

you can also get one of those lower profile flush mount fogs to mount in front.

I installed my Fig grill over oem-knock-off fogs. The grill is flush with the bumper cover and I like the look and the rock protection for the fogs. Sorry but I don't have any pics yet and it's dark now. Good luck with it.
