Default Original California Squeegee?

Does anyone use this? Does it leave scratches? Looks too good to be true

The Original California Water Blade is a good tool if used and maintained properly. If you dont drop it and you do a good job of washing the car it should not scratch. There is a little trick to using it call "dont press it against the paint" and it shouldnt scratch. I used them at my last detailing job and on my personal vehicle. It also depends on the color though. With red, most of my scratches come from improper washing technique, but its nothing a buffer and time can't fix. Hope that helps.

def. nice. I had one (i lost it... need to get another one) and it helps out a lot. Cuts time in the big areas then you just go over the rest w/ a microfber towel. Loved it though. I missed it today when i washed my car and i had to dry it all off with towels

As long as there is not dirt left at all, it won't scratch. My friend did a quick wash on his car once and used it, left several scratches cause he didn't really wash the car that well. Wax took care of them though. I only use it on my windows.

One tip I read about and use, is to take your nozzle off the hose after you're done washing the car and rinse it that way. Not sure how, but it doesn't leave behind near the amount of water as if you spray rinse. That might only work if it's waxed, but it works for me. Helps when you hand dry the car for sure.
