Hi guy, I just bought a new 2010 xB Super White. I was wondering if any of you guys know a good place and a good roof rack for my road bike?

For those who has a roof rack, can you post some pics or a link so I can check them out?

I wanna get a Yakima just to put it on the xB since i think it looks really slick like that and I don't even have a bike to use it with.

I just recently moved the front bars forward more... when Roof and Rack put the bars on my car, I don't know why they installed it so far back??

I looked at the website. The rack cost like 150-170 for each rack that hold 1 bike. Then I have to buy that part that mounts on your door edges and the bar, and that cost about 150. So lets just say you guys spent about 300 to 470 for the roof racks(470 is for both bike rack)?

I just came back from the Miami Auto Show and some people were showcasing an 2Gen with a roof rack.
Never heard of this company but the rack looks sick! I'll post some pics for you.

I have the inno rack on my xB, and i had to remake the roof hooks for the front doors. I'll grab some pics later today.

 

when I was at Roof n Rack, a store that specializes in roof racks, hitches, etc.

They said that Inno is a Japanese brand and their products are very similar to Thule.

What would you say is the best brand for roof racks?

To me Yakima looks really nice and the video that they show the product in looks great and easy to use and install.

I have used my Thule rack for 14 years since my first car and just need to get the fit kit for my xB. I love it and have never had a problem.

I like the Yakima racks. Its all personal preference.

 

is there a part to have cargo box for trips with any of theses racks?

 

Yakima makes a bunch of cargo boxes that come with the necessary hardware to mount to their base rack crossbars:
