Default Code P0171

Hello all new to the forum here. I had my 2012 xB for over a year now bought it at 80k miles. Currently has 92k miles. I do a lot of routines maintenance on it like I should
but recently I drove it in the freeway for over 200 miles and CHECK ENGINE LIGHT along with the TRAC OFF LIGHT.

Not sure where to start looking for a fix anyone have any suggestions where to start?

Is everything in the engine stock?

What is happening is that the engine is seeing more air in the mixture than what the MAF sensor is telling it should be there.

Look for any tears or breaks in the intake after the MAF sensor.

Try cleaning the MAF sensor

It's also possible that you have a problem with fuel pressure an the injectors are not putting as much fuel into the engine as it this it is.

Could be a clogged fuel filter in the tank, or a bad injector.
