Default eBay Exhaust Manifold and Cat Back Exhaust

Hi . Looking to do a exhaust change over soon . I pretty confident on the manifold install but got a few questions on the rest . So would I re- use S-pipe ( front pipe) or is it most common to replace it at the same time ??? I mainly wanted to remove scuba and give it a little weight reduction and easier free flowing .. I got the Weapon R CEL Eliminator but I've seen some people use it on the manifold and others on the S-pipe. Install videos are mostly xB1 based on YouTube . Nothing really explains the S-pipe ? I'm dumb and honestly thought the skuba was a direct connection to the manifold .

The CEL eliminator goes with the secondary O2 sensor, so down on the S-pipe. As for whether to replace the front pipe or not, I don't know as I kept my scuba. Be careful with that manifold, lots of people have reported having exhaust leaks due to poor fitting flanges at both ends. That said hopefully you are not in an area with smog testing since you will be removing both cats if you do headers and remove the scuba, also expect a lot of droning in the exhaust without the scuba.

I recently bought the eBay Catback Exhaust. It did not come with a resonator to replace the scuba. At least the $100 one I bought didn't. I added an 18"x6" Magna Flow and still have the Primary Cat. Nice and deep sound comes from the tailpipe.
Thinking about adding the Tsudo header and S-pipe with a 1 in 2 out offset Magna Flow transversely mounted between the rear axle and bumper. I'd be screwed if it was to loud and high pitched.

Replacing either the exhaust manifold or the scuba in combination with the muffler usually results in a nice sounding exhaust note since either of them has a cat in them to restrict the flow and knock the noise down a bit. It's when you replace both of them that the droning problem arises. I'm not sure if it would happen with the Tsudo manifold since it actually has a cat on it.

Here's a link I posted a few days ago too what my exhaust sounds like. I'm running a Weapon-R header, stock scuba, and Tanabe axle back exhaust with the tip cut off and a 45* down turn welded on the shortened pipe. The sound clips are the first two comments. Oh yeah, my intake is not quite stock. :D

I believe the full tsudo exhaust (header to tail pipe) has baffled muffler and resonator. That doesn't sound raspy. But does as you say, have a small cat. It isn't legal in California though
