Wow man that sucks. Ive had that happen a few times it sucks sorry for your lose. im sure there is a way to get your money back if you used your credit card you can get it back. I had ordered a part for my ipod one time and i tried to return it and they screwed me so we called the credit card and was like we have been trying to return this blah blah etc.... and we gave them statements and phone call lists in your case emails and they refunded our money back so now i have a 180 dollar ipod hard drive and it was free :-)

I've been sending emails with all my reciepts and everything and calling and they just don't answer any of them. Freakin ____es the hell out of me. Most places, when i complain, i get what i want (or payed for). But not NST, they will take your money with their fake web page and not answer you and laugh in your face.

We are getting ready to do a flywheel and clutch in the xB. I am taking it up to centerforce here in the next couple weeks and I will let you know the difference then.
