Only hearing a Click when Starting..
When I go to turn over my car I only hear a single click, doesn’t always happen however it has been sitting for a few months due to not being able to fix the suspension issue. I have four fifteen inch subwoofers and two batteries with double zero gauge wire.
All my lights turn on and so will the system so I don’t think it’s the battery. I feel like it’s a starter but don’t know for sure, I have also had an idling issue at stops. And am sure it’s related to the subwoofers but am not sure on what it is.
Throttle body, fuel lines clogged or even file pump maybe?
If anyone has any ideas on either of these issues let me know it’s been struggling for awhile but only has 87k miles on it.

Check your battery to chassis and engine to chassis grounds. Specifically where they connect to the chassis under the stock air box. Also check your battery voltage. If it's below 11 volts you'll still have enough power to turn everything on but it probably drops to low when trying to start. I would hope that with all those speakers and amps that you upgraded your alternator and did the big three upgrade for the engine power wires. If not you should seriously consider doing it.
Battery is dead.
It requires significantly less amperage to power lights and speakers than it does to start an engine. The voltage might be fine but the CCA's are toast. Can try a trickle charger but it might be too far gone from sitting so long. I'd have it tested.

it’s weird though cause it starts sometimes and other times no
You said it had been sitting a few months. Batteries don't like to just sit, even if there are multiple. If it's been sitting and still starts sometimes, there has to be a loose connection somewhere. :/
Also a stupid one but check that the nut on the start is tight. I had this issue on and off for a month before I finally checked this and discovered it wasn't fully tight.
