So I have been slowly modifying my car as I get money and my next is getting a new exhaust. Looking for the sound than anything...nothing that sounds that ricey...but something that sounds mean really. I have read and watched several videos and I have really enjoyed the sound from the TRD Exhaust and Tsudo mid pipe.

I had two questions and I am sorry if it sounds extremely stupid but I am not 110% sure as my knowledge on such is very limited.

Would adding the mid pipe cause a check engine light to come on? and well would adding the TRD exhaust and that mid pipe be pretty much all that would be needed, or am I missing something here?

Would this be a good idea, or should I avoid it? and I currently have a K&N SRI and I have really enjoyed it thus far. Exhaust is something I would really like to do soon!

Ive got the Tsudo Scuba delete & an M2 axle back & it sounds clean

You have to remove the Scuba to get any tuned sound out of the XB exhaust

There are no sensors aft of the Scuba so you will have no issues w/a CEL

 

Will it still pass emissions if that is the case as well?

 

No sir. will have to reinstall the Scuba when that time comes to smog
