I want to clean my air filter but I can't seem to find a way to get to the filter. Do I have to remove any panels from under the car? Can someone help me on this. Thanks.

 

You will need to remove the driver side tire, and the wheel well lining to get to it.

 

not the whole lining mind you, just the front fasteners will do

 

also you can deal with just raising the drivers side front...but it will take some patience and figiting..to take it off and put it back on...easier to take off than put back on :p

 

Yah. That thing was a pain in the but to close when installing the damn intake. Definitely not looking forward to cleaning/changing the filter ever.

 

Thanks for the answers guys but DANG ,sounds like a pain in the @$$ to just clean the filter .. TRD should of made it more user friendly .. Oh wells ..I think Im just going to tell the dealer to clean it when I take it in for a oil change LOL
