I already did. The test varies from state to state but I went in there with a super loud 3" exhaust and the guy simply plugged into the OBD2 port, read that there had been no codes for weeks and passed it. I'm not sure how long you have to run code-free in MD but I do know that you can't just reset the codes the day of your test because they won't pass you. My guess is that Georgia isn't any stricter than MD.

If you can go a week without a CEL, you should pass as easy as I did. I still have the 3" CXR s-pipe but the rest is custom 2.5" back to a modified TRD axle-back. I love the sound so much I rarely listen to music any more.

What exhaust are you running now?

Stock s-pipe, scuba and 2" mid-pipe then. That's pretty restrictive for a turbo but mine ran great with the stock exhaust. We have to limit our hp anyway to save our trannies.

Did you order that Spectre MAF tube yet? $35 ain't much to lose if it doesn't work and one helluva bargain fix if it does. I'm 95% sure that it will work for you.

You should disconnect the battery to reset the ECU when you swap MAS tubes. On the first start let it idle for 5 mins and then try to cruise at 45mph for 10 miles and then 65mph for 10 miles. This will help the ECU establish good fuel trims. If you get any codes, log them and reset them with a scantool and do not disconnect the batt. If you continue to get codes after a few days, it didn't work.

Also be sure to double-check all connections and clamps before testing this. You wouldn't want a small vacuum leak screwing up the results.

Over 20k miles @5-7psi, no problems so far, none expected. ATF looks and smells like new.

Not yet but I plan to go this year. I'll probably go to 75-80 and Capitol.

Still no CELs and zero tranny issues. It drives like it came from the factory this way.
