That's a big FAIL

There are 2 scenarios - 1 the disk was a little on the big, 2 the main shaft was weak - either way = sucks
I haven't had a CM ever do what happened to you...... however I have blown up a Quartermaster ( running too big a tire ), it did explode, dented the scatter shield, a Tilton, got too hot & broke the center of the disk out. Had a T10 front main shaft destroyed and never figured out why ( my theory was the disk was out of whack by just enough ) .
Big HP eventually leads to some kind of failure - even if your Austin Coil

Hope you get this sorted.

Poor install? How can you do that? Put the disk in backwards ok, but the center hits the pilot & won't work, not for 500 miles, not for 10 miles. I've seen triples, even some doubles screwed but a single can only go in 1 way.

What kind of fly wheel?

I don't think you're alone here.

I would not recommend an unsprung disk for street use, but I have used them in my own cars for many years. That said my gen1 blower car has a sprung disk, my wife drives it.

^ why would he want another clutch form the same compnay if it failed so easily and they wont warranty it or offer a reasonable solution to the problem... I say start shopping around for a new company with better products and better customer service...
