um im not an expert but i dont think you need 1600cc for 500hp even if its e85 your running....from the looks of it i would venture to guess that youll shoot way past 500.....but like i said im no expert.
i could have sworn jotech built their street tc with 1000cc (prolly race gas im sure)

 

general rule of thumb is you have to run 30% more then on 91 so

What are you going to do with the trans and the rest of the driveline out to the wheels to handle that much power without breaking?

 

not shift all fast and furious style there will be a lsd and we will see what it can take before i need to worry about that
