TurboToyotas Mile high style 56k ok
poop!I had my oil pan sealed with too much sealant! i could have it too! what makes you think it the bearing? I dont know bout metal shaving but I've heard sometimes its normal for a new car or motor.. and my oil pan is full of peanut butter stuff too.. I hope nothing is really wrong, but have you been beating on your car untuned? coz if you're not, im pretty sure your motor is good.. a bad tune under no load will not destroy it in a short time
no not beating on it at all im on 3 psi and what else could it be and penut butter stuff is bad i mean my low oil pressure light was coming on at idle its got to be that and i dont know i dont want to chance it i wish i knew more about our motor so i could rip the bottom end out check the bearing maybe it would just need to be replaced but there is something in my way are there any pics of some one taking the bottom end apart so you can see the crank?
uggggggg im so stressed finally get my stuff and something stupid happens im wondering if i should just use my motor and i cant seem to find anywhere that will build the motor what a pita i tell you what
If you didnt drive the car hard its most likely caused by install error like oil starvation caused by caused by that sealant you mentioned.. isnt garabaldy from CO? try to hit him up
yeah i agree with ace it couldnt happen this fast especially under such low load and psi levels..
as far as what was clogging it.. what did it look like? was it all that gray toyota selant stuff or other stuff in there as well..
is there an area where the manifold is very close to the valve cover? is the heat melting the selant?? try check areas like that.
sorry to hear bro..

Cory i feel your pain... I once had a dog named mittens. She was a brown lab about 3 years old. Well she got hit by a car when i was 9 years old. I was sad... The moral of the story is sometimes things die...
P.S. i never had a dog, but you know what i mean...
