Lookin' good bro. A few more tweaks and you're there. 10psi sounds like a lot of fun but too risky for my wallet.

Looks good. i had some of the same issues. i bought a new radiator house. not exactly the one for the car but i used it to move the hose away from the turbo. i also have a little bit of a different setup. also you should remove that piece from the crx exhaust. that piece is only in there if you want to run the silencer. just an fyi. your setup looks great though.

Alright my B is at the exhaust shop wont get here back till tomorrow. As for the silencer yeah I will pull it off. I dont see the exhuast being crazy loud for it. Cant wait to get tuned I could feel the difference just with the new manifold the turbo was spooling much quicker. Hopefully all this works out I can concentrate on the body and new shoes.

I might try e85 on my rotary got big plans for that, just not the funds right know.

Its mixed thoughts on it There are some cars in PR that have tuned with it, the problems is the seals and lubrication on the rotary.

Also I was doing some tuning and this is what I got. Btw full 3" exhaust.

I have been having issues with stalling and surge along with my afr going from 10 to 17 back to 14.7 after getting off the gas. I looked for boost leaks and could not find any, I've gotta have a vacum leak somewhere.

I was thinking it might be the pos greddy bov. Oh and the smoke was cuase instead of pulling fuel I added a ____ load by not putting a - when I set my values in my map. I having even gone back and found that I some times put in letters or 0s by mistake so double check ur maps when you make changes.

From the picture it looks like the MAF is before the BOV? if thats so, thats the reason that my setup was changed to a blow thru setup. now my maf is on the charge pipe and the bov is right after the inner cooler. not 100% on that but i am pretty sure.

I have always had this issue. I even tried to change injector response time which did keep it from stalling but I still got the surge and like a delay when I hit the gas and let off. It either the injectors or bov.

Another thing is that I keep going rich as soon as I tap the gas pedal no matter what changes I make to my tune, I go 10 to 17 then back to 14.7 which leads me to think it is a leak somewhere. Under boost she holds up solid to 12.1 to 11.9 but out of boost drivability is like poop. I gotta find the leak as it is fouling the ____ out of my plugs.

Hey Cory I just emailed you my map. Worst come to worst I will just put the stock injectors back in and use a zeroed map. That way I will know it is not the injectors that would only leave the bov.

I just ran that map for a while this afternoon, it is too rich and and I still have the same issues. Fuel trims were at -27 and i stall out as soon as I come to a stop as with that map I go rich, lean, then hangs at 10 afr and either stalls out or returns to 14.2. I also get rich cel with that map.

I gotta tear this thing apart becuase it is untunable like this.
