same here. I received a text from him Tuesday saying that my kit, after a year and half wait, that my kit would ship the following day. He was supposed to text me the tracking number and yet still nothing

 

This is it I have decided that Turbo Toyotas is a big fail and I will have to just make things work on my own. I am very dissapointed and getting the run-around. This is just gotten beyond stupid know Todd. I even offered to pay for my own next day delivery on my stuff and know you dont want to return texts. I've been riding around like a fuken idiot with an intercooler and charge pipes for over a year and no turbo on the car, real jackass like. Dude if you got my ____ just send it! This just ____ed up !!!!!!!

 

seriously todd needs to fix things, i know he's working hard on it but damn a lot of his customers are getting ____ed..

Im pretty sure we are not the only ones waiting but the longest waiting. What kills me is there is a thread below that has the same parts I need, yet I still have to wait. I give up.

Alright Here is the deal, car is runing again or at least Idles good know. I think the problem was my charge pipe got shoved into the throttle body not allowing it to open properly.

Any how looks like I will still need that manifold from Todd becuase it is too warped and began to leak again. I got the stock injectors back in, afr during Idle goes from 13.9 to 15 depend have not drive the car yet Im a bit worried as I am on the stock injectors and have an exhaust leak before the turbo , dont want to lean out. But making progress none the less.

 

your fine on the injectors just dont go to boost happy and that sounds like it was the problem with the boost pipe have you talked to todd about the mani? what did he say? if no you can always go with the cast mani from ebay but it will make your exhaust not match up so who knows

 

I agree with Cory about driving on the stock injectors. Just watch your AFR and don't get boost happy. Rather than waiting a year or more for Todd, why not take your mani to a machine shop and have them resurface the flange? It shouldn't take long or cost much at all.

 

Def not getting boost happy, I think this car hates me.

Todd is mia, supposedly he shiped my stuff out but who knows. The maifold would be nice though especially since I have a flex pipe in and the dp was not off by too much It should still work. I'll know better by tomorrow how the car is acting.

 

Car is acting a whole lot better know, I got the injectors back in and the FIC hooked up again. Know my issue is When I let of the gas my idles drops really low and wants to shut of. Also when driving I hit the gas the car goes rich 10.9 then lean 15.2-16 then back to 13 in like a sec and you can feel a bit of a jerk.

I wonder if the exhaust leak is causing this. I'm heading out know to get new gaskets.

 

 

that stumble is in the tuning you have to fine tune it a little just how it goes

 

I'm waiting for the engine to cool so I can put the new gasket that should help. I'm might take Crush up on his e-tuning offer. But for know I am good till I can either fix the manifold or Todd sends me the new one, which would be nice since its 3"dp and s-pipe.

 

If the mani flange is so warped that it leaked with RTV and the old gasket, a new gasket won't help. Got a belt sander or a 12" mill bastard file?

 

you need to check the xD forums. Todd has let another person down over there. He had the guys car for 3 months + and ended up giving the car back not done and no money. Not a good business adventure there to me.
