does that work on the factory remote or did you add 1? cause if you did make it work off the factory remote it will not unlock the doors

are you sending it the ground pulse or a positive pulse? try reversing the alarm wires for the locks ....cause you might be sending the lock wires power instead of ground....

my final suggestion would be to ensure that all connections are made correctly and also make sure of all the programming features on the remote start are set correctly....some alarms i have worked with, have had features where you can not unlock or lock the doors while the remote start is activated....let me know what happens

just like when you have the key in the car started the keypad wont unlock nor lock the doors. so i am assuming that the car being started senses that the keypad shouldnt work so it doesnt. So im not sure what to do about it!!

like i said in my previous post you should check all the connections and the programming features of the alarm....i have an aftermarket remote start with a seperate remote and i have no problems unlocking the doors or locking the doors when the remote starts is on....

Ok so i went over all connections. Everyting was perfect. so i wired the lock and unlock to the yellow and the dark blue wires that operate the unlock/lock button on the driver door. Finally Everything works great! I am still not sure why the pink and light blue wired didnt work but i am glad i figured everything out. thanks everyone who helped!!

you hooked it up in the door? cause I got those wires in the kick which don't require a double pulse like the pink wire..should be on the same plug...and it wouldn't work cause sometimes the wires you hook up to the alarm have to be paired together ...its weird cause you can have a few unlock wires but if you don't use the correct lock wire to match with that it will be inoperative...just want to let you know that cause I know the tc is similir as is the corolla's and sienna's

yea i hooked them to the wires at the plug. I didnt run the wire all the way up to the door. those are just the wires that control the unlock/lock switch on the door. and yes with my original alarm i was once installing i hooked it to them and it made the door switch not work at all. but with this viper those are the only wires that would work...and i like them even better cause it is a single pulse. with the old wire i had to set up double pulse unlock and it had some delay. so yea i am not sure why this works with the viper and not with the old alarm but yes i am happy it works.
