I have been searching and searching but haven't found anything. It could be that I'm not using the right words but is there any way to change the color of the stock HU on my 2010 scion xB without changing the LEDs? I've been told by some tC drivers it can be changed but they don't know how

Please someone help. Either tell me it can't be done or provide me a link on how this can be changed to blue.

I doubt it man. But if you figure it out make sure To leT us know. But if you need help changing out the LEDs I'm in your area. Ill see what I can do help.

 

nope, cant be done without changing the LEDs or if you have that certain head unit with the switchable LEDs

 

The only way to do it is to change the led in the head unit and they are very small and there are a lot of them. If I remember correctly I think it I a 1803 LED size. To my knowledge I am the only person to have done the swap and it sucked working with hat small of an LED!!!
