Default DIY for front door speakers

Looking for a DIY for removal of front door speakers for xb2.

Other question I have is, how great is the crossover installed for the front speakers? or should i use the one that came with the new components i purchased?

Thanks in advance.

I would use the one in your kit.

I have not replaced mine yet, but what I understand is pop the door off. 2 screws and clips, then take a drill bit and drill the rivet out and then just replace with screws

The crossover for the front speakers are mounted in the tweeter. It's just a high pass capacitor: the tweeter just plays highs, but the lower speaker plays full range. Use the crossovers that came with your new speakers. There are lots of spaces in the door for the crossover enclosure (mine was mounted more to the rear of the door). Use good quality self adhesive wire tie mounts to hold the wires in place or use Gorilla tape (sticks to everything).
