DIY: Replace Blower Relay
This is for 2008 XB.
If the blower fan doesn turn on at any speed or randomly works then it could be your blower relay is not switching on. If your fan works only on High setting then its more likely your blower resistor.
Panel: It pops out, no screws

Blower Switch:
1 White - LED(-)
2 Black - Defrost
3 Yellow - Defrost(IG+)
4 Orange - Low
5 White/Black stripe - Gnd
6 Blue - High
7 Green - LED(+)
8
9 Red - Medium1
10 Dark Blue - Medium2
Blower Resister:
1 Blue
2 Red
3 Dark Blue
4 White/Black stripe
