Yes, you have valid points, Unity303! I applaud you as well on your work in scanning the original stock overlay. I took mine & did away with all the stock orange paint on mine. Took it down to 'clear' & put it UNDER my custom one made by Jason.. UNFORTUNATLY, the one Jason made me, he used a different FONT for the numbers & letters & now they (stock & jasons) dont quite match up, making it appear overall blurry. I need him or somone to take his & change the fonts & their respective positions & change them to YOUR fonts & I bet it'll look perfect then.... So if any photoshopper wants a challange... PM me & I have a PS project for you.. which would end up being quite simple as just a change of font & positions.... thanks to all who read this.. Good luck to all who creat these masterpieces. They All look great & I am jealous!!! jh

NICE MooseMobile!! i like the crazy french horn labyrinth looking thing on the right, and your middle gauge with the circular piano notes around the treble clef is freaking PERFECT! i also noticed how instead of the *Sound waves* on my original template, you have the *Staff system*. Radness.
The picture under the RPM gauge has me in it, lol. I'm the head sittng right on top of the white thing.

Also, Jimmbomb, I don't really have time to work on a bunch of photoshop jobs, but I could possibly do one for you if you have pictures laid out.

Edit: I could probably do a couple, but I can't set a deadline for having it done... so if anybody's willing to be patient with me I wouldn't mind doing 4 or 5...

good thing about the d3 is that you can match the lights to whatever color you want. in the settings menu you can manually adjust the colors until you find the blue that matches exactly to the leds.
i'll get some new pics

it's not that bad

all u gotta do is:

1) take off the dash part by just pulling it straight out.
2) unscrew the 4 screws holding the gauge cluster in place
3) pull out the cluster and unhook the electrical components
4) pop off the clear plastic with the hooks on the side (you'll see them)
5) unscrew the 8 screws on the back
6) pop off the needles gently with a flat screwdriver
7) take everything off and replace replace the gauge
pop the needles in not too hard
9) put it all together again
and that's it

it's pretty easy

all i gotta do now is change up the LEDs
