I just bought a used 2012 xB Base model (automatic) and it needs a little love.
One of the things missing: the Styrofoam Tray under the cargo floor piece but sits on top of the spare tire.
The tray keeps the cargo floor steady and from sinking in.

Does anyone know the name of this part and where I could order it?

I checked ebay. The only tire trays I found were for tCs. You can try the Toyota dealership. A price and availability quote might include a description and the part number.

You also might find one at a junkyard.

 

Here's what I found for you: 2012 xB : Storage Compartment: Toyota Part No. 64993-12020
That's the New Part Price. with the Part No. you can do a online Search for a cheaper price
or what 62Fender suggested try a junkyard or a Pick-N-Pull. I think it Fits 2008-2015 xB2s.
