The last time I built a custom box I used contact cement. A thin layer on both materials, a few minutes to get tacky then put them together. Just be sure you have everything lined up cause once there together there is no turning back.

Building one of these for 1 Orion 12" subwoofer. I think that will be plenty for the space.

I cut out pieces of foam to keep the cover tight, no more rattles.

Foam placement pics? Right now i have the cover out of the car, my subs make it vibrate because when its locked it vibrates that way.

I even heard small rattles from the locks before I put my sub in. But the foam works great. It's about a quarter of an inch thick, and goes on the outer edges of your side cargo areas (where the jack is). Heres some pics

I also have a custom folded rag for when I'm using the cargo area, so my cover wont dip down and smack my sub.

Installed mine today but I have the rattle from the cover even with the foam. Found out I need to lower the frame some more. I have to cut out the 2 tabs closest to the back seats to lower it. Other than that sounds great. Will take some pics this weekend.

my sub surrounds are metal and are too tall. I wish i had more room to lower the subs themselves.
