I may sell the 180 amp alt so I can purchase a 250amp unit.
Wow awesome... Where'd you get the alt from?
I just finished installing an D31T Optima Yellow Top under the passenger seat... It fits perfect!

Any group 31 battery will fit under the seat. It's such a good location!

The alternator I got from Maniac Electric Motors. I had to get the NST pulley because the OEM tC pulley is much too large to fit the belt back on.

I should shut up... I'm letting out all my secrets!

Came across this:

It's a pair of 10" Custom Molded Boxes that replaces the rear seat bottom plastic cover.

It was used on a 2nd Gen xB, what do you guys think???

That looks pretty cool. Is that Pioneer a 10"? I had the 8" shallow version that was OK. Any details on the cost or if this will go into production? Where did you come across it? Looks interesting and it makes me wonder how it would stack up to the eD 9kv.2 I have under my passenger seat.

Yeah ita a Pioneer 10".
I'm trying to get all of the details as far as cost its concern. I know they offer a carpet and a vinyl version with or without speakers. (They only offer JL's W3's)

I read an article on car audio magazine and on the credits I found out that elite creation out of corona was the manufacture. I spoke with Tim Olsen, cool guy!

After going to there website at http://elitecreations-usa.com/default.html and researching both owners bios...they sure know what they are doing.

I hope this helps!

not sure if this the right way or if the box its upside down.

Thanks for the info dmanotas. Maybe my morning coffee isn't kicking in yet, but did you just say you can get these with JL w3s? Or were you talking about a different box?

Anyway the box above is very interesting. If you find out more info maybe you can start a new topic about it. It's always nice to learn about new products for our cars.

Well, I called James tonight, He said he would have to have each person's vehicle to make another one. He said each one is cutom built for each car. I live in GA, to far for me. Maybe someone from here could go buy and talk them into making several and use your car as a model. It's very nice looking and clean install.

I'd be interested in buying one.

I love it, even better than in rear cargo area, hidden under the rear seat and 2 10's. Nice, How much?

I like JL subs. Maybe use two JL 10W3-V3-4's.
Some JL XR-650-CSI front doors, XR650-CXI back doors.
