Is the amp on protect? If not I'd check the remote wire, like where you tapped into.

Got a way to test voltage? Check power and remote wires when your radios playing. Any type of light on amp that lights up when it's on to say it's getting power? If your getting power then I'd check the speaker. If you have a multi meter that does ohms unhook speaker from amp and connect meter to the speaker terminals. Should be close to the ohm rating your speaker was when you bought it.(usually 2,4,. Or you can use a dc battery (electric drill was my choice)and tap the wires coming from the speaker box on the terminals for the battery. The speaker should make a tap/pop noise. Don't leave the wires connected. Just quick taps. Pop noise means your speaker is still connected (terminal didn't come loose in box) and should atleast make some kinda sound.

Here you go. Would say to call them rather than place online just to make sure they still have them

That's a 50 amp fuse. I would seriously be checking all the wiring before putting a new one in. To blow one of them, I would think something is seriously wrong somewhere. 50 amps is enough to weld with. Don't want ya burning your box down...

Hopefully it was a permanent fix or something more than electrical tape around the damage. As the other guy said, don't want anything burning
