I'm really not a fan of seeing cars slammed to the ground. It's not appealing to me at all. That kind of thing is really pushing the rice limit.

But then again, I've been called ricey from some hillbilly in his truck because I have yellow on my car. I think my car is tasteful and executed well. Black, silver, yellow, and chrome look very good together.

Trends come and go.
As you get older and your priorities change...you change.
I personally am not dropping my car anymore than the TRD's have dropped it.
I love music but it will not occupy my trunk space or cause me to remove my spare.
The only paint that concerns me right now is the front of the car...the roof is an after thought.

I do appreciate the opinions though.

It looks very nice and it is nice to bring a car back from the dead.

I do have one question though

I see your antenna is longer then the stock one. Is there a reason for it? Are radio signals bad in your area? I am just curious as I see a lot of people ether deleting the antenna(not a bad idea in my area since everything on the radios sucks) or getting a stubby antenna

Anywho, keep up with the pics as it looks good

Thanks
The antenna is the Fuba from a VW.
I'm just trying it out to see if I get better reception.

Rice this and rice that. Why not let people do what they want to their car and you do what you want to yours?! If you wanna leave the Scion scene, well then...bye.

Op I personally like your cars' lights and all. Good job man.

Thanks...I think...lol!
I'm very happy with the progress, especially that my son(11) and I did it together.

Just looking for the coolant tank.

Default How she looks today

So the wife crashed the XB into the protector for the gas pump at our local station. Cracked the wheel, shifted the hood and fender and also broke her thumb.

A friend gave me a set of 2004 Maxima wheels, still working on the hood and fender , her thumb is healing and also had to replace the steering computer. As always a work in progress.

Added a Thule rack also.

Still looking for the steering intermediate shaft by the way.
