is the cloth seat removable for easy cleaning? i thought i saw a zipper.

i compared pictures of the 1st gen xb seats with 2008- besides the shape, the fabric is different too- more like a stretchy microfiber?

think there will be any issues with the seat upholstery wearing fast or badly? for those who haven't modded theirs, how is the fabric holding up?

i plan to use my sheepskin seat vest over the drivers but concerned about the wear potential. i did notice the floor carpet on the test car was already dirty and worn.

 

First, let me say, this is a brand new car. It's not even been out long enough for me to create a butt crevis. Secondly, the only seats in a Toyota that I've worn out were the one's in my 88 celica. Toyota and most import companies test the fabrics they use for wear and such.

 

Careful using any kind of cover - side airbags pop out from the side of the seat, right?
