I actually really liked the RS7, the body kit was decent but not over the top, and the center exhaust looked good. I don't care that much for audio upgrades because they wouldn't be as good as what I'd put in aftermarket anyway, same with wheels. Would have been nice if they threw in HID's or something though.

the yugo gvx sport edition was designed by porsche... enough said......

I just think its overall a nicer car.. I would get one if I didn't just get my xb... i like the front end better, i like the new rear end,, kinda like both in some ways,,, definitely like the gauge set up better with the outside temp and clock on at all times.. not to crazy about the interior cloth design,, I don't know about the center armrest either,, I like mine where it is,, but the new design may be better.. will have to see it in person.... what I'm most waiting to see if it gets the new 2.5l and 5spd auto from the camry.. if so it will have more power and better gas milage... its a nice set up...

I'm going to buy a 2010 to replace my 06' Xb this week cuz the 2011 front end doesn't do anything for me. Looks too odd and F&F like.

Hello all! I'm new & just joined here.
As i live in Australia, we are just about to get (in 55days) the xB 2011 spec, thus with no Scion here in Oz, it will be known as the "Toyota Rukus". from the looks of things and all the info i have managed to gather so far, its looking to be a cross between the JAP Toyota Corolla Rumion & USA scion xB.

Enjoy these new pictures from Toyota's Australia website.
NOTE: the rear tail lights are different and can only been seen via the mobile ver of the site, and main picture is showing off the new army colour.

wow.. really?? did you have to BAG on Scion that hard by calling it a "SINKING SHIP" ??? look at ALL the major car manufactures out there. they ALL have a flop or two or three....... new tC is unveiled along with the iQ..
Scion is the "new guy" on the block.. give em time to learn from mistakes. geez

I for one like the 2011 xB.. a few things I don't like- the arm rest. looks out of place. the reflectors in the rear bumper (CUT THEM OUT AND INSERT DUAL EXHAUST TIPS), the rear seating and the design pattern on the seats.

Scion is hardly the new guy; it has the backing of long time giant Toyota Motor Company. If anything, you can hardly call it a brand since it is sold and serviced by Toyota dealers; it is a marketing campaign in attempt to create a "brand image."

Yeah, I stick by my statements, and the 2011 tC proves my point. The xD sales are insignificant, and the iQ is not
intended is going to compete directly with Toyota's own Yaris which has very strong sales numbers.

I'm not going to ramble on and repeat myself since it is frowned upon, but let me just tell you that Lexus, an offspring of Toyota, was successful due to the effort they put behind it. They offered better products than the competition and at a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price (sometimes in excess of $10k). Only until they cornered the market did they bring the prices up to market levels.

WHEW! thank you djct_watt! lexus is a perfect example. toyota started average, had richer ideas, then came back to the little guys. perfect circle...

For anyone who is excited that they've put a "telescopic" steering wheel in this thing, don't. I got to try the refresh xB at the AutoShow yesterday and it's highly disappointing. Full extension is where the current car's is right now. Some idiot engineer designed the steering wheel to go more into the dash than come out.

maybe many heavier people complained the wheel stuck out too far....

i like the comment about duals in the reflector spots. but no one did it on the current xB2, so no one will do it on this one either.
