Honestly, the amount I'm saving on tires, and not having to worry about denting rims on potholes...I'm totally ok with not having the "in" size wheels :D

 

But what's really 'in'?

I still think some rock crawler D-window wheels would be rad. Would probably work well, too.

Or go with the FD wheels like I showed you. Very light for an OEM wheel.

 

^good point. I really wanted to find some fd wheels, but I got an insane deal on a set of new konigs that I couldn't pass up. Really light, and around $400 for wheels, lugs, hub rings and shipped to my door overnight!

 

Well crap. Can't beat that.

I think I got a decent deal on my Rota Grids (17). They have Hankook Ventus V12 tires on em.
Both rims and tires have approx. 1k miles on them, still look brand new. I paid $800.
