Does anyone know when Toyota / Scion or some other company will have some protection for the gen2 xB hood? I know that the 3M clear bra is available but I want a more traditional removeable bra or hood protector. With all these goofy options that are avalable it seems silly that they have missed one that is really important or even a must for interstate roadtrips.

Checked with Toyota the other day.......They may have it in a couple years I also called all of the other co's........Not Yet I have a large rock ding on hood

The 3M is removable.

The Bra is an eyesore.

you say a "bra or other hood protectors" what else is there besides the clear "tape" type or the Bra?....

I dont know how easy it is to remove the one the dealer can put on for you... I don t know if its the same as the 3M one. Im thinking about getting one also. but im not worring about it being able to be removed. you cant even see it ... so why remove it? on the Bra i can understand wanting to remove it... mostly b/c its ugly.
