They DO make small rechargable battery packs, diode isolated from the rest of the cars electrical devices, that mount near the LoJack to power it for several days even with the main battery removed...
(One can also do that with non-LoJack alarms to make life for folks trying to kill them more interesting, too...)
Another neat thing about those is they also keep the alarm alive even if you leave the lights on and toast the main battery.

so i wnet today to get a few docs out of the car.... and these a$$holes must of really wanted wheels.... they even jacked my spare!!! WTF??? and everything that goes with it..... the stereo is missing a button and the aux cord is gone.... so i think the insurance has to replace the whole stereo because none of those are sold seprate..... besides all that it needs cleaning the window is down (not sure how it got that way) so its all dusty insides and notice cat prints inside.... hopefully it doesnt do its nature in there...

Need your input.... what you guys think? Replace with the same 20's (which I came across today parkers right in from of me on a pontiac torrant.... did a walk around twice to make sure they were not the ones taken from me) or different rims? If so what size??? Not sure what to do. I will be getting an alarm as soon as I get my car back..

get 19 or 18 maybe those wont attract alot of attention to your car 20 just look real big and maybe thats why they decided 2 jack yours bec. what ive seen most trucks come with 20 now so whats the use 2 jack these 22 i bel. but 20 idk

GRRRRRR.......... cant wait to have my car back..... so tired of driving this stupid blue focus, dont get me wrong, focus is a good car, but not this one, must of been hit from behind or something..... car got moved to the repair shop today, now waiting on adjustor or whatever needs to be done.... i think im going to go with 19x8.5 ASA AR9 With Spoke Inserts Machined w/Black Accent but first an alarm with the tilt sensor
they have alarms where you can custom set it to your voice when it goes off. ... my bf's brother has his s2000 alarm set to his voice saying "you just set my alarm off btch" and its louddd lol motion detected also so if you touch his car it will basically warn you to back off before it goes off
yeahh some alarms are sickk.. we had one badd thunder and lightning storm here once and it set his alarm off.. i was in tears laughing but its a awsome alarm def. do that first before anything to prevent this again! glad to see your car is back too! .. lately on long island there has been a lot of people stealing stock rims and tires off of peoples cars and leaving them on blocks in there driveway or on the side of the road and they take off right away without making a noise... its crazy !!! .. i wake up every hour checking on my car now regardless if i have an alarm.. toyota installed it and it sucks !!! not even installed right .. so that has to get fixd
