Hole plug name?

Hole plug name?
Hello I’m new to this site. I have a 2008 Scion xB that is leaking water into the spare tire compartment, I couldn’t figure where the water was coming in from until today. Under the passenger rear light there is a hole that I’m assuming is missing a plug or seal I don’t know the name of it.Can anyone help me out?
