I am sure there are some of us who would like to see a set of hood dampers for the 08 xb. I would but for the price Tain wants I do not think so. in any event have fired off an Email to Redline who makes Dampers for a starting price of $69 a set and another set for 119. and was sent this note tonite.

fantastic find! i keep on forgetting how awesome hood dampers are..

the install looks kinda hard cause of the need for a riveter. any tips from anyone that has done this before?

 

I emailed them months ago about it and they gave me the same response. This was before SEMA. So I am guessing they are in no hurry to make them. There is someone on Ebay that has a kit out for the 08's already. Let me see if I can find the link.

 

I saw some on eBay yesterday for the 08 xB. I think the price was around $50 give or take. Unfortunately I cannot find the auction anymore, but apparently they do exist for less $.
