i hit fuel cut. Didnt see the spedo. i was like wtf it stopped didnt take all that long to get there. I have all the bolt ons felt better then the first gen did at 100. When i looked down the spedo said 123 and i just put it in neutral and coasted.

 

Went 117 last weekend.... if anyonw knows central-northern cali... made it from Turlock to Visalia in an hour and a half...... bad thing rock popped up and chipped my window

 

i got a crack in my window sucks sucks bad new car and got a thrashed windsheild

The xB is a little bit heavier then the tC and the engine is tuned for a little better mpg and a little less performance but they are pretty comparible i just need a supercharger on my xB then i could beat all the (stock) tC's i think.

I did triple digits following my friend in his Dodge Ram because I figured his blue blue truck would get nailed before I did.

 

Thats weird mine wont let me go any faster than 115mph. That was on a long stretch too so it had plenty of time to get up there. The car does really good for being a box and going that fast. It didn't really sway or vibrate nothing....smooth sailing. Not trying to brag but i repo'd a Sl 55 Amg which is a two door v8 supercharged conv. Benz. I easily hit 165 in that car no problem. Talk about adrenaline that was the most awesome feeling in the world. Forget getting high with drugs n crap, just go 165 in a car. Not the smartest thing to do but what the heck you live once. But ill try going 127 today, im pretty sure the computer is set to 115 but ill try it again.

 

I've done 120 in my Gen2 and 83 right next to a cop which shook his head no and drove off.

 

LOL how do you manage to drive at that accelerating speed and take a picture at the same time? That is some crazy multitasking!

 

there could have been another person in the car, btw i tried taking a picture by myself doing over a 100, extremely dangerous

 

81 on the freeway in a testdrive haha. Ill max it first chance i get after break in. Im use to some good top end haha my last car did 155 n fastest ive ever done was 182 :-)

 

I put 107 against a cooper...

 

idk about the whole electronically limited thing... i actually hit 130 at a little over 6grand
but meh, perhaps a few mods ftw?

 

who won you or the cooper? The first time i read it i thought it said copper like a cop, i was like... wow...good luck with that. haha

 

we were square for a mile or so, but when we entered to a corner i had to let it go because my car has a scock suspencion and i feel oversteer. He was able to manage very fast, and by the time we were in a straight rd. he had like 5 cars. but then he wait forr me and @ the next light he yell, that he was impresed more than his car cost a lot more than mine. It make me feel that I did the right desicion of picking Up my XB. from that point I start collection all mods I want to put by spring (NY is under snow now). I beleive that it I had the right suspension or take the chance and keep the speed the story will be different ,for good or bad, but i beleive i took the right.
