Thanks for reminding me, almost forgot that. I had a problem with the exhaust tip being to high. So i inserted one of my sons super bounce ***** in the rubber muffler hanger and gave it about another 3/4" spacce to clear the 5-axis kit.

cost = 10 cents

Very nice! There was a Black one excatly like this at the showroom where I bought my car. It was sweet!

Tell me. I had a lowered Civic a long time ago and I hated having to drive carefully up driveways and speedbumps. Do you find it necessary to drive super carefully with your setup?

I think the TRD springs have the smallest drop compared to other brands. I think Eibach also offers a 1" front 1.2" rear set. I wish i could just drop the rear by 3/4". Then I'd be set.

Yes, I am finding myself being more careful when parking up close toa curb. I really take a good look at the speed bumbs before going over them. Steep driveways will always be the most troublesome encounters that I am dealing with at this time. Just being cautious can prevent many headaches.

Might get some different tail lights but for the most part I like a simple and clean look. I installed the trd cai and the 5-axis kit by myself. I just took the entire front facia off and it was MUCH easier to work on. No jacking the car up to remove the front driver side wheel to put the air breather box in.

As for the 5 axis kit, front is cake walk. The rear was a little more difficult and the side were a pain in the butt doing it by yourself. Mainly because you have to remove both rear wheels to tap the fender wells. Don't recomned doing it alone unless you have a lot of patience, but I do have a 7 year old boy so I'm good in that area.

Got the killer deal on the 5 axis kit from TRD Sparks $1125. I sanded everything down and preped it. The dealers body shop painted it for $150. I think I made out ok budget wise.

TRD hoe,

I design maps for a living, never been lost yet. Except that one time when I was seven, got lost at Six flags, that sucked.

Awesome ride. Mine looks very similar but in HTM and without the 5Axis kit. Now that I've seen yours I might be considering that kit now.

I wish TRD would come up with little mini cannon for up top. More birds like pooping on my car than I can describe. I'm actually keeping Mothers showtime car detailer with me at all times now. I love the smell of that stuff, kind of like cinnamon.

orangedonkey & Matrixv01
@ Both of your rides are sweet. It's kind of funny I looked at both side by side and could hardly tell the difference except in color. My thought on the 5-axis kit is that it's nice but it's not as different looking as the car without it. In my opinion 5-axis did better with the xD kit than xB. To both of you guys a big Thumbs Up!

I actually ordered the car in HTM but called back and changed it to silver. I just like silver that much. My truck and cadi were silver before this ride. Much easier for me to keep clean IMO.
