Dont buy a salvaged title vehicle. You'll regret it later down the road.

 

Well I can't find a used xb 08 for a reasonable price.

 

Resale value = High on the xbs. Buying new is actually a better choice than used because of it.

The only way I see it being a good deal is if you pay cash and plan to keep it forever. I doubt a bank would finance a slavage titled car, not to mention some insurance companies won't let you get full coverage (only liability).

 

$11k for under 5k miles seems like a good deal to me... But i guess it depends on why its a salvage title...

 

this might be the one that was burned by the dealer trying to fix the tsb issue

 

No way.. that one was white. I would guess flooded. Ask. Worst that could happen is you won't get a turthful answer.
