S-Pipe rattle

S-Pipe rattle
Sooooo
Recently I put in a 4-2-1 DC Header, have the stock S-Pipe, magna flow glass pack where the stock scuba tank used to be, and a magna flow muffer.
Alright so I noticed a rattling noise as I am stopped at lights, or drive through. When ever I am in any driving gear, and I am holding the brakes at a complete stop there is a rattle, disappears in neutral or park.
In my searches many threads said "engine mounts" well this is not the case. It's the exhaust, and I pin pointed the exact area and it is the S-Pipe that is rattling you can also hear it by just hitting against the s-pipe with your hand, or holding the s pipe while under the car and having someone simulate the exact thing.
Wanted to know what anybody could suggest on solving this issue possibly. Because it's rather annoying with my windows down at a complete stop hearing this rattle. Mind you it's only apparent during a stop when the engine idles lower. It doesn't happen when the A/C is going though, but since it has been cooler I have had the A/C off.
