Default Shift issue when cold..

I did some research and it seems to rear it's ugly head up on camry's

2008 xB MTX

So as normal when cold start, grinds going in to third gear, then when warmed up no more grinding.

Should I just change the fluid, or pull it out, and take to a tranny shop for 3rd gear synchro?

she's got 215k miles, so I need to pull it out and replace the clutch anyways..

what do you guys think?

sounds like a clutch problem to me. worn out clutch plate. Its a 5 speed with 200K and probably the original clutch. If it wasnt a toyota it wouldnt have lasted that long
