im still thinking with the new engine, gauges, air bags, cruise, etc..im thinking its at least gonna be 16,000 for a manual, and 17,000 for an AT. I would actually want the AT but looks like I may be keeping my 1st-gen...

Just imagine if you buy the bodykit, wing, foglights, navigation, ect...

I wont take it without the lip kit but im sure it will be alot ($1000 at least) if its made by 5-Axis...

I bet the kit goes for around a grand and then installation from there.

tC comes with alloys and moon roof... same engine and similar features now (6 air bags etc, disc brakes,etc). I think 15,500 and 16,000 is as high as Scion can go without loosing it's market.

Think about it....

When the first two Scions came out, they planned to sell way more xAs because it was the cheaper model. Wrong. The more expensive model sold better. (although for other reasons, like bodystyle)

In any case, they came out with the option packed $17k+ tC and sold even more!
So, to Scion, the more features and horsepower they add, the more they sell.

Supply and demand suggests that we will probably never see another "cheap" Scion. $12-$13k? Forget it. That's what the Yaris is for.
