So I have had my Tenzo CAI for about 6k now and just had my oil changed and what not. For all of you that have CAI don't forget to oil your filters! or at least check them to see if they need it. I cleaned mine with the filter kit i had bought for my K&N drop in filter ages ago. worked just fine. After i cleaned it the power and smoothness of the ride was great. I always shift my self in the auto and the shifting was much smoother and normal accelration picked up a bit, basically the car accelerated smoother and faster. Made a world of difference. I was thinking of purchasing the aem dryflow filter but oiling the stock one seemed to do just fine.

So OIL YOUR FILTERS!

Good point. I haven't oiled mine in a while. I always just kept it there with the hydroshield on.

 

good point,i gotta do my injen filter but thinking about switching to the aem dry filter but not sure if its really worth it besides maintaince free
