Thermometer Temperature HOT!!!
We've been having a sizzling week here in SC. So far my thermometer has been up to 108 degrees twice this week while driving on the interstate. The local stations are saying the heat index is up to 115 degrees.
How high has yours been? When winter comes we'll switch this over to "How low has yours been?"

106 in Southwest Georgia and terrible Humidity!! As soon as you walk out the door you start to sweat and the gnats attack you. I love the heat and the summertime but it will take your breath away. I don't even know what the heat index would be probably 115 or so.
It 's hot everywhere I see.
New record for myXB today, 111 degrees.
I just checked the temperature map and it has the hottest location in Alambama at 104 degrees and the highest heat index in South Carolina at 118 degrees.

Wednesday of this past week, the thermometer in the xB read 104 when I first got in, and was 99 by the time I drove home. It was a hot week for sure. That day, the reported heat index for my area was 110.

Here in SoCal/Inland Empire we've been having some very weird ups and downs this summer. There was a heat wave in mid-June that brought late summer type of heat for a few weeks. Then that mellowed out for a while. Then, just this past week it was down to way below normal for 1st week of August. Very mild and very nice. But that's over now and it'll be back up to 100 tomorrow.
So yeah, bizarre climate patterns.
