Question Windows stuck down

After recently having my 2009 Scion xB stop accelerating and leaving my family stranded on the interstate. We had it towed home. While working on the car to diagnose the first issue, we rolled the front two windows down to get some air.
Afte which we took the battery out (to charge it) we put a different one in and kept working. Now the windows are stuck down. The control will not lower or raise any of the four windows. Any help on how to fix this?

Look for the main fuse for the windows, most likely it's in the fuse box under the hood. Most likely it was spiked when the battery was changed and blew it.

Sad some members never follow up on their OPs after being helped by someone.
