Default Strut mount question

So ever since having a shop install some TRD struts I've noticed some clunking in the mornings over certain bumps. Seems worse in colder temps. Anyways my question is whether the tops of my strut mounts look normal. There seems to be a gap between upper plate with holes and what I think is rubber underneith, thats wider on passenger side as you can see in pics. Judging from the pics, does the top of each strut mount look normal?

Thanks

Just make sure everything is tight as well as your sway bar end links, that's what always made noise in my car in the front, just tightened them up and all was well
