Question What sections of manual help with spring replacement?

I have found bits here and bit there about lowering, but my search did not turn up a real good threads, started by someone who took pics along the way.

I have lowered a couple S2000's, but I had the help of the service manual - I'm not the intuitive type - need to follow instructions. I forget the site, but for $15 you can download all of the service manual you possibly can, for a limited time.

What sections (of the manual) do I need to make the job easier?

thanks

Sure good of you to post that up for the OP

To the OP, skip the part regarding the cowl removal. Not necessary

You don't have to remove the cowl. I've lowered 5 or 6 2nd gens and never removed the cowl.
