If you gave a bit more info on your wheels other than the size (i.e. the offset is the most important as well as the width) I'm sure someone will be able to give you an excellent answer!
If it were me (and I'm looking at 20's or 19's, can't decide...) I'd drop it as low as I can go. Then again, if need be, I'll roll the fenders. I'll even pull them if need be.
The question is, how low do you want to go?

not soo low that ill bottom out just low enough to give it a more egressive look but if i have to roll them i will but i think the offset is 35 but the rims are 8.5 '' wide im running a 235/35/20 nitto nt55s on them..so i hope that helps al little bit more.

If you want more of a conservative drop, go with the TRD's or the Tanabe NF210's. There's a thread on here dedicated solely to the NF210's. It's a few pages long, but I'd suggest thumbing through it to see what other people have fitted on their cars and how they sit. Then, you'll be able to make an educated decision about lowering your car.
I'm the kind of person that has to be as low as possible with the largest wheel possible. Even though I'm still on stock steelies and cappies...

Recap: you have 20x8.5 +35 offset wheels & 235/35-20 tires...
You'll rub really bad on the NF210's. I've seen people with 19x8.5 +35 and 235/35-19's rub on the NF's, and you are 1" larger in overall diameter.
Eibach Pro-Kit (1.0"F/1.2"R drop) & TRD (1.0"F/1.5"R drop) springs have the same 1" drop on the front as NF's, but they have stiffer spring rates so they have less of a rubbing issue compared to the NF's.
Based on the +35 offset, and the big tires, I think you'll rub on the front with any springs. I suggest getting the Pro-Kit or TRD's, and only installing the rear springs for now. This will even out the ride height, and get rid of the jacked up rear. Then when you are ready for new tires, replace the 235/35's with 225/30's and put on the front springs. If you have to keep the tire size you're on now, for looks, ride comfort, wheel lip protection, or whatever, then just stick with a rear drop and leave the fronts the way they are.
