Default 19" TRD's Powder Coated

The clear coat on my TRD's was starting to go so I got them powder coated. I also painted the center caps to match the gold mica.

WOW they came out really nice!! I really like the TRD wheels on the xB, i found them for a great deal in the newer black color. IM just torn weather i should really do it or not. I hear a lot of good than i hear a lot of bad, How do you truly feel about them?

Thanks man! When I bought my XB, it came with the trd's on there. I always liked them. Then like I said, the clear coat started to chip on them so I put on the factory 16"s for awhile while I got these powder coated. You can tell they are heavier by the way the car drives. And of course you feel more of the road because of the lower profile tires but that would be the case with any 19" wheels.

Over all do you feel the 19"s take away from the car at all? Make the car feel worse than when riding on the 16's? I just really love the look, great wheel and style! always stood out to me. IM just use to My 18" OZ ultragrarra at 18.5 LBS each wheel. Im just sooo torn!!!! lol

Honestly, I'm just completing a year-long delayed quest to switch my 19" TRDs out to 45-ratio-sidewalled 17" rims. While I love the 8" width handling on TRD springs, my wife has gotten tired of the 35-sidewall-ratio tire slaps from frequent imperfect local pavement.

Anybody that wants the 19" TRDs, I'd offer said (re)powder-coated-in-your-choice-of-solid-color wheels for $650 + UPS shipping from Memphis. PM me.
Adios,
GDubya
