more likely both- offset on the front and offset & the tire on the rear. i think even if you don't lower it- rear will still rub with load

You should be able to get away with the wheels and TRD springs, as long as you change out the tires to 225/35-19 front & 245/35-19 rear. The wheels will stick out past the fenders a tiny bit, but the tires should tuck up under the edge of the fenders. Worst case is a little fender rolling, but I don't think you'll need it with the TRD drop.
