235/45/17 on 2013 Scion xB?
Hello - I purchased a 2013 Scion xB this weekend from Minnesota. It was at VW dealership and is in overall good condition with 90k miles.
Anyways, its the 10 Series Edition or whatever with the blue lighting, so it has the "Special" 16"s with 205/55/16 tires - I had a TSX on which I had Konig lightweight wheels (forged or whatever) with 235/45/17 Conti DWS with a lot of life left.
Can I put these on? Bolt pattern and such match and so does offset I think - But worried about tire height? I have only see 225/45 recommended by Tire Rack for 17" wheels. Size comparison wise, they are barely taller.
Please advice. Thanks!

Actually, we are Both Correct. You confused me a bit when you said something about a 'Release Edition'.
Yours is a Sticky 2013 10 Series xB2 Silver Ignition- Limited Edition of 2,100 Units
Not to be confuse with the Sticky 2014 xB2 Release Series 10.0 Electric Quartz- Limited Edition of 1,500 Units
Why it is Confusing is for the xB Every Year there was a Release Series from 2004 through 2015.
Except for 2013. They Instead released 5- 10 Series for FR-S, tC, iQ, xB, & xD to celebrate their 10th Anniversary.
All in the Silver Ignition color.
I Added the 2 New Sticky threads Above to clarify things.

According to the Top Chart the only Recommended Ideal Tire/ Wheel Combo for your 2013 xB2 is: 225/45R17 on a 17 x7.5 +44 Rim.
That means IF you go Outside those Specs, you potentially risk Rubbing, Clearance Issues. And throw your Speedometer off.
You can See and Try the Different Setups yourself here
Hope this Helps,
